AUUUGH god this is embarrassing. I haven’t posted on here because of comic cons, making comic books, drawing original art for cons & commissions, self publishiiiiiiiiiing
anyway, the last con of the year — for me, anyway — is Fort Collins Comic Con…THIS WEEKEND
I’ll be at booth H12. It won’t be hard to find me as it’s a small venue. There’s a few copies of the new invasion book left, some shirts, other comics, and a bunch of Invasion originals from last Inktober! They look fancy and good!
Back to work this week after the long holiday, I hope you didn’t have a blast* over the long weekend. I had fun, but I had to clean up a blast or two.
Follow me on twitter, would ya? It’ll confuse the crap out of me.
*Big ol’ barfin’ fit
When I was first looking at Patreon and deciding whether or not to join I saw a link to Smooth McGroove’s page right there on the front of the site.
I will just say this: if you are a video game fan, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not watching his videos.
Really top notch stuff. I gotta go watch ’em again!
This comic is based on this real life flyer that came in one of those coupon books.
Oh my goodness, the big huge Denver Comic Con is approaching fast!
Apologies for the late comic. This has been a rough week. On top of that, the entire “waterproof” ink smeared ALL OVER THE PLACE right before I scanned the comic. So I flipped a table.
Literally.
I have a big mess to clean up now. Or later. Whatever.
Thanks for stopping by, though. I sincerely appreciate it.
It’s a valid excuse.
Did you know that there is a store? Check it out!
This shirt below is pretty popular.
Sometimes, like panel 2, comics just write themselves. Hope you enjoyed this and thanks for stopping by!
Why not give the shop a look? A lot of folks seem to enjoy that Tummy Hole shirt…
Why is the dad just laying on the floor? A dad who grounds a kid for wordplay would, of course, just be laying on the floor. This is a self portrait.
I’m not sure what to do with it, but there’s a Facebook page for all this silliness.
A stick figure comic today to celebrate my Indiegogo campaign! If you haven’t noticed, I love drawing stick figures. I’ve practiced a bit over the years.
Head over to the campaign page and tell your friends! Or your enemies. You don’t know their tastes, maybe they’ll really like my work. The project is currently sitting at $285 and it needs every bit of support you can give. Whether that’s spreading the word or pledging, it will help a ton!
As usual, thanks for stopping by!
In case you missed it, last week’s comic was posted yesterday. That’s right, I’m super punctual. You can commiserate with other people who missed yesterday’s comic over at the Facebook Fun Page. Maybe someone will have a suggestion for the use of said Fun Page on it…
Whoa, this one got a little bit out of hand in the length department. I hope you enjoy it while I wait for my refund on this clearly expired plastic lemon juice.
Why not pop over to the Facebook Fun Page and give me some tips on what to post on the Facebook Fun Page. There’s also a nice post over at StewPed.com on how I got back in the drawing groove.
This may be my most favorite comic that I’ve drawn yet. I laughed the entire time I drew it after I got to the second panel.
